Basically, there are certain skills and abilities (which we like to call Qualities) that every company puts a lot of value in when it comes to the ideal candidate for the position being hired for.
When preparing your own answers (using what we taught you about tailoring in Job Interview Questions and Answers 101), make sure to highlight a Quality that the company puts a lot of value in.
You’re working on a project with a tight deadline but you find that you’re unable to complete your section because your coworkers and your supervisor are unavailable to answer a few key questions. “Hey, if they’re not there, there’s nothing I can do about it. Interviewers ask situational questions like these because the interviewer wants to know how you would handle a problem that might actually arise if you’re hired for the job.
