He then pulled him with all his strength and with a violent jerk threw him on the ground.One of the things my coach has always told me before a match it to “leave it all on the mat.” Meaning that there is no point in saving anything for after the match and wrestle as hard as I possibly can for six minutes.Another thing wrestling has done for me is show me what I am capable of when I set my mind to it. Setting goals is something that can motivate me to work as hard as I possibly can.In wrestling I have pushed my body to its limits, but never give up.I have learned that your mind tells you to stop much sooner than you actually have to.If you don’t work your hardest on the sprints in the end of practice you judge yourself, and that is what pushes you to work harder next time.Wrestling has taught me to push myself to do things unimaginable.I will always be able to prepare my mind no matter how stressful the task.Wrestling teaches you to be able to function in strenuous situations.I have learned that setting goals high can give the confidence needed to be successful in whatever task is at hand.Through all my years of wrestling I have learned who I really am.
